** Update May 10, 2016: There have been many questions around using the video player and the format error that is produced. When using a device with a small screen, trying to play full size videos (in any format) may produce errors. The best results are to compress your video to a smaller size to fit within a small display, say 128x128. Even though the device says it will play MP4 and AVI files, the greatest success has been with .AMV extensions. This is not a common extension and would require a conversion tool. Most likely you will need to pay for software that will convert your video into .AMV which is a smaller size to work on mp3 players. In my comments, there has been success with Tanbee software. I don't endorse Tanbee nor make any claims it will work but there have been users with success. As long as you can get .AMV, you should be good to go with video.
